Asrar Ahmed is a highly experienced Oil & Gas and HSE professional with over 30 years of expertise in process operations, plant commissioning, safety management, and workforce competency development. His career spans across multinational organizations where he has consistently driven operational excellence and built robust safety cultures.
Throughout his extensive career, Asrar has worked with globally recognized organizations including BP Azerbaijan, BP Pakistan, and United Energy Pakistan. In these roles, he contributed significantly to operational excellence, HSE implementation, process safety management, and the design and delivery of industry-focused training programs tailored to the unique demands of the Oil & Gas sector.
His strong background in leadership, process safety, and competency development empowers organizations to enhance workplace safety culture, optimize operational efficiency, and elevate employee performance across diverse industrial environments. As the founder and driving force behind THE SHEDO, Asrar channels this deep expertise into building a consultancy that delivers real, field-tested knowledge — not just theory.

THE SHEDO Training & Consultancy feels proud to have Mr. Tariq Moen as a great honorable resource in the field of Fire Safety, Emergency Response & Crisis Management and Aviation Safety Training & Consultancy.
Mr. Tariq Moen, an associate of GoCrisis, is an emergency response and safety professional who headed the Emergency Response Planning (ERP) Departments of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and Oman Air after starting his career back in 1977 as an Instructor in Civil Defence (Fire & Rescue). He is the Honorary General Secretary of Pakistan Red Crescent Society (Sindh), and Founder Secretary of Fire Protection Association of Pakistan (FPAP).
During the last four decades, Tariq has attained unique experience in training people and organizations in over 15 countries on five continents in both an official capacity and through voluntary engagements. As part of his voluntary work, he served as the elected Regional Representative for the IATA Emergency Response Planning Task Force, representing South Asia.
In Pakistan, Tariq also represented the country on international forums such as the Confederation of Fire Protection Association – Asia (CFPA-A), NFPA USA, FPA UK, FPA Australia. Besides civil fire protection and other general industries, Tariq has also delivered Fire Safety and Emergency Response & Crisis Management Trainings in Oil & Gas Sector.
