Asrar Ahmed, CEO & Master Trainer, is a seasoned Oil & Gas professional with over 30 years of comprehensive experience spanning over Process Operations, Construction Projects, Plant Commissioning & Operation, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) implementation and training at Process Plants, Project & Construction Sites and D & C Rigs and Well-works. He holds a versatile expertise portfolio from his previous experience as a Process Operations Supervisor, Control of Work Specialist, HSE Lead and HSE & CMAS Trainer, Coach, and Assessor, with a proven track record in process operation and HSE training & skill development. A professional with extensive experience in multinational and multicultural environment from BP Azerbaijan, BP Pakistan and United Energy Pakistan. Deep understanding of social & cultural sensitivities and learning behaviors, enables him for effective communication skills, relationship-building, and collaborative success across diverse teams and regions with particular track record in Training Need Analysis and Skill Development Programs.
Asrar holds a Master of (M. Sc) Petroleum Technology Degree from University of Karachi, Pakistan, NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupation Safety & Health and numerous HSE Trainings & Certifications from internationally recognized training organizations.
